Wood Span Charts for Purlins
Based on the lumber we sell you from the factory here are standard wood span charts we operate off of, with engineer oversight. Keep in mind you would want to check with your local lumber yards for what the lumber they have available is able to span. Our standard is usually 24″ on center Spacings, with 2×8 Douglas Fir #2.
